Suddenly, they heard the farmer shouting: "Who’s stealing my fruits?!" The monkey instantly jumped up and disappeared into the trees. But the donkey, unable to move quickly, froze in place. The farmer rushed over, caught him, and tied him in the barn as punishment. Meanwhile, the monkey escaped back to the forest alone. Hours passed, and guilt filled the monkey’s heart. He couldn't leave his friend behind. That night, he sneaked back into the farm, carefully opened the barn door, and whispered: "Donkey, let’s get out of here!" The donkey hurried outside, but before leaving, he stopped and said: "You knew this was dangerous, yet you convinced me to do it. A true friend doesn’t leave his friend behind in trouble." The monkey felt ashamed and apologized sincerely. He had learned a valuable lesson about friendship and loyalty. From that day on, he became wiser and never put his friend in danger again. They decided to break the verse down to better understand it. 3.The verse started out "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the [wiles of the devil. " John Jr asked Durga if he knew how to be strong in the Lord. Durga said that Your spirit thrives on being connected to the earth, the world around you and to others. 3. Then John Jr explored the meaning of the verse , "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of ]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." Durga didn't understand the Flesh and blood part. John Jr explained that the battle is spiritual, not physical. He says that the enemies we face are not people or objects, but rather an unseen spiritual enemy. 4. The last part of the verse is "Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." John Jr told Durga that they needed to stand against evil by Being Strong in the Lord., Standing on God's Word, Don't Lose Heart and Standing in Faith. 5. John Jr and Durga decide that they would try putting on the armor of God by reading and praying God's word, and remembering that God's righteousness protects them, and that they can have faith in his promises. John Jr and Durga decided that their daily practices would include prayer, scripture study, journaling, acts of kindness, exercise, and associating with friends of high standards

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Julia who loved to see everyone around her smile. She wanted everyone to be happy, so she would always do what they liked and never what she liked. To make others happy, Julia put on a special masquerade mask that made her look like the perfect friend. As Julia got a little older, she realized that she didn't really like the mask she was wearing. It didn't feel right. So, she found a new mask to wear around different people. Each mask was different, shaped by the people she met and the things that happened in her life. Some masks were colorful and bright, while others were dull and plain. Julia wore these masks every day, changing them depending on who she was with. But as Julia grew older, she noticed something. Wearing all these different masks was tiring. It was like carrying a heavy bag all the time. By the time Julia was an adult she decided that enough was enough. She didn't want to wear different masks anymore. One day, Julia took off all her masks. She was scared because no one had ever seen her without a mask. Not even Julia herself! But something wonderful happened. Not wearing a mask was relaxing. Julia felt light and carefree. And then, something magical happened. By being herself, Julia spread love to everyone around her. People saw the real Julia and loved her just as she was. Julia was happy, and her happiness made everyone else happy too. And so, Julia learned that the best way to make others happy is to be happy yourself.
